Copy/Move Add/Edit form buttons -how ?

Hi

I would like to either move or copy the buttons (Save&Close, Save, Cancel etc) from the bottom of the add and edit forms to somewhere above the tabs/attributes

I am using the "stillblue" theme

Do I need to change the theme/CSS files or is there some other way to do this ?
