How to make ATK talk in {insert your favourite language here}

1. In ATK_ROOT/languages/ dir find a XX.lng file with translation for your language of choice.
2. In ATK_APPLICATION_ROOT/config.inc.php file set $config_language="XX".
3. Enjoy.
